Suitable for women 12 weeks pregnant or over. Pregnancy Yoga is safe to practiice right up until your due date. No previous yoga experience necessary.

MOTHER AND BABY YOGA
Suitable for mums with babies aged from 6 weeks to 9 months (or pre crawling). No yoga experience necessary.

There are a number of mats available to borrow, however, they can get snapped up quickly so we advise students to bring their own whenever possible. If you are interested in purchasing a mat, we have a selection of reasonably priced mats available for sale.
